About The Position

STV is seeking a GIS Analyst to join their Digital Advisory department in one of their major Texas office locations. The position requires creating and maintaining multiple GIS layers, including parcels, streets, right-of-way, floodplain, development layers, and water and sewer system layers. The analyst will follow QA/QC processes to ensure data accuracy, support subject matter experts in regulatory reporting, and maintain geospatial databases for utility assets. They will also create, edit, and validate utility maps and incorporate field-collected data and as-built drawings into GIS systems. Finally, the role involves creating custom, cartographically sound maps to communicate complex spatial information.
