As a GSBB Intern, you will work directly with our Community Outreach Program Manager - GSBB. GSBB provides the Girl Scout experience to girls with incarcerated mothers and girls in group homes, homeless shelters, and drop-in locations, fostering positive personal and social development. This internship will be approximately 20-30 hours per week and is eligible for college credit, if applicable. Interns are paid minimum wage (currently $15 per hour worked). What will you gain from this experience? You will gain experience in youth development, community outreach, and supporting programs that serve girls in unique and high-need environments. You will develop skills in program coordination, communication, volunteer support, and nonprofit operations. You will build experience working with diverse community partners, including correctional facilities and social service agencies. You will be part of making a meaningful impact for girls and families throughout the Girl Scouts Beyond Bars program. Work Location This position is a hybrid position that will require days in the Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri office, days at program sites and facilities, and occasional remote work.
