About The Position

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as full-time and part-time Gift Shop Stockers . If you enjoy providing exceptional guest service in a fun, fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you! Hours : Primarily afternoons and evenings; daytime hours may be required depending on the show schedule. Availability : Must be available to work holidays and weekends.

Requirements

• Ability to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• At least 18 years of age
• Continuous standing and walking on level ground as well as up and down steps
• Continuous lifting, bending, stooping, and twisting
• Occasional exposure to changes in temperature and humidity
• Able to lift or carry a minimum of 30lbs, reach above the shoulders, and use a stepping stool to reach overhead

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, tag, and stock merchandise throughout the gift shop
• Organize and replenish shelves to maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing sales floor
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking needs
• Maintain organization of stockrooms and storage areas
• Assist guests with basic product questions as needed
• Support general cleanliness of the gift shop and Saloon area
• May assist gift shop attendants or provide backup support during peak times
