The Sales Associate, alone, and in conjunction with volunteers on duty, provides efficient and courteous customer service to all patrons of the shop.

Requirements

• Standing/walking for up to eight hours per day.
• Occasional bending, stooping and squatting.
• Hearing as it relates to normal conversation.
• Seeing as it relates to general vision.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Sales experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Cash register operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wait on customers and operate cash register.
• Assist in maintaining shop in an orderly fashion.
• Weekly processing of delivery and return of magazines and books.
• Replenish inventory of candy, snacks, balloons and beverages as needed.
• Other duties as necessary or instructed.
