Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• 6 months of relevant experience retail cashiering

Responsibilities

• Responsible for collecting money, making change and utilizing the cash register appropriately.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area according to standards.
• Sets up cash register station according to standard and maintains clean work area.
• Collects payments, makes change and operates the cash register and cash handling equipment in an accurate and professional manner.
• Stocks sales floor and performs support functions as designated per standard.
• Counts, balances drawer, records totals, and deposits money to appropriate location, in an accurate manner as directed by management.
• Provides excellent customer service.
• Performs general sanitation responsibilities as assigned.
• Drives towards meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Addresses customer experience and problem solves in a professional manner.
