About The Position

Responsible for managing transactions and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment in the resort's retail outlets providing a personalized shopping experience that upholds the resorts' luxury standards.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
  • One (1) year retail experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must have at least one (1) year of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
  • Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform all steps of guest service including greeting, assisting with sales, and check out.
  • Accurately handle all cash, credit card and comp transactions in company required POS system.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the gift shop including all merchandise.
  • Unpack, tag, and stock merchandise per department policies and protocols.
  • Monitor and report any potential safety issues or suspected theft of product to department leadership.
