About The Position
Assist with the overall operations of the McLaren-Macomb Gift Shop.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Six months of prior work experience in retail environment requiring cash handling and customer service.

- One year of prior work experience in a retail environment requiring cash handling and customer services
Responsibilities
- Works in the McLaren-Macomb Gift Shop as scheduled/needed.
- Greet and serve customers quickly and courteously.
- Take inventory and re-stock as necessary, including checking in and pricing of merchandise.
- Assist with processing payroll deduction forms.
- Assist with training volunteers for the Gift Shop.
- Clean all Gift Shop counters, shelves and equipment when not assisting customers.
- Follow opening and closing procedures appropriately.
- Keep the Gift Shop neat and clean.
- Work as a team member with volunteers.
- Work closely with the Gift Shop Coordinator to prioritize needs.
- Performs other related job duties as requested.
