Position Overview: The Gift Processing Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of a high volume of donations and payments in the organization’s CRM system. This role audits supporting documentation to ensure it meets organizational, GAAP, and IRS requirements; determines the appropriate coding based on the organization’s revenue reporting structure; and identifies and implements record updates as needed. Key functions include entering donation information, and ensuring all work is completed with a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to established policies and procedures.
