About The Position
Join Our Team at Lutheran Village at Miller's Grant! We’re currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) to become part of our caring and mission-driven community. This position is located in our Skilled Nursing Healthcare Center and follows a rotating schedule from 7am-3pm. The rotation includes the following days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday followed by Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday and Sunday. Requirements
- Current Maryland certification as a Geriatric Nursing Assistant.
- 1-year experience or more is preferred.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Current CPR Certification.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working in a CCRC environment is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide residents with high quality daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living.
- Complete required documentation in a timely manner.
