About The Position

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs general maintenance and repairs of equipment and facilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples include repairing drywall, painting, repairing doors and other building fixtures.
Performs routine maintenance on building systems.
Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities. Examples include cleaning, washing, mowing, weed eating, sweeping, etc.
Performs other related projects and assignments as business dictates.

Requirements

• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers.
• Knowledge of general carpentry and repair.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Regular Class “E” Driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Related experience preferred.
• Regular attendance is required during your scheduled shift.
• Must be able to work in hot, cold, wet, humid, dusty, and foggy working conditions depending on the weather.
• Must be able to work in all positions (overhead, kneeling, reaching, crawling & working in small workspaces).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
