Requirements

MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
Eligible for medical licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
Commitment to providing compassionate, equitable care

Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of general surgical procedures, including elective and urgent cases
Provide inpatient and outpatient clinical care
Participate in shared call coverage including ACS
Contribute to the educational needs of the surgical residency
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the health system
Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Contribute to program growth and service line development
