You know what it takes to bring large, complex electrical projects to life. Youâve been on job sites where every hour counts, and you know how to bring people together â crews, contractors, and clients â to get the work done safely and right the first time. As our General Superintendent â Electrical Construction, youâll oversee multiple project sites, leading field teams and ensuring quality, safety, and schedules stay on track. Youâll be the person who connects strategy to execution â making sure our teams have what they need to do their best work every day.

Requirements

10+ years in electrical construction, including experience as a superintendent or general superintendent
Deep knowledge of electrical systems, NEC codes, installation methods, and safety regulations
Experience managing large crews and multiple project sites
Strong communication and leadership skills â you know how to motivate and mentor people
The ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction schedules
A mindset for safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

Lead and support multiple electrical construction projects, from mobilization through closeout
Supervise and coach project superintendents and foremen â build teams that deliver excellent work
Oversee field operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and compliance with plans and codes
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to plan schedules, manpower, and materials
Identify potential issues early and solve problems before they impact the schedule
Support company safety culture â ensure every worker goes home safe, every day
Track progress, report field updates, and help maintain accurate project documentation
Represent the company on-site with professionalism and integrity
