This position directs the General Services Department, including supervision of departmental staff. It oversees the maintenance, housekeeping, grounds, and utilities systems for PMS facilities in Santa Fe. The role is also responsible for construction and remodel management, vehicles, group purchasing, as well as property and liability corporate insurance for PMS facilities statewide. The position can be based in either Albuquerque or Santa Fe and requires 25% travel time between PMS locations statewide. PMS, founded in 1969, is a non-profit organization with over 1,300 employees providing diverse services at 100+ locations in New Mexico, concentrating resources on meeting the needs of underserved areas. PMS operates the largest network of federally qualified health centers in the state.
