What You’ll Do as a General Sales Manager Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the SITECH Strategic Business Plan Lead, coach, and motivate sales representatives to drive growth and expand market share Direct customer service and inside sales activities to ensure a high-quality customer experience Oversee merchandising initiatives to strengthen product visibility and adoption Build and maintain relationships with key contractors, surveyors, and equipment operators across Southeast Texas Partner with cross-functional teams (deployment, service, support) to deliver seamless solutions Monitor financial performance, create budgets, and track progress toward sales targets Provide accurate sales forecasts and market insights to leadership Stay current on Trimble technologies, competitive offerings, and industry trends
