About The Position

Premise One is seeking a dependable and organized Part-Time General Office Assistant to support day-to-day administrative operations. This role provides general office support to leadership, project managers, and field operations, helping maintain organization, communication, and efficiency across the company. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced project and construction environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a construction, contracting, or project-based environment
  • Familiarity with project documentation or job files
  • Exposure to tools such as Smartsheet, QuickBooks, or similar platforms

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to office staff and project teams
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Assist with ordering and maintaining office supplies
  • Support project managers with document preparation, data entry, and file organization
  • Help maintain project documentation and shared drive folders
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating office activities
  • Perform scanning, copying, and general document preparation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
