This position will support the Stewardship Team within University Advancement through assistance on administrative tasks, data management, and communications related to donor records and gift documentation. The primary focus for the role will be supporting Villanova’s Endowment Services Team by assisting with the organization, tracking, and processing of gift agreements and nomination forms. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, self-motivated, organized individual who is comfortable working with digital records and navigating multiple software systems with accuracy and consistency. An interest in University Advancement operations is a plus!
