About The Position

Belle Noble Hospitality Group is adding accomplished Restaurant Managers to its Louisville-based Leadership Team. We’re looking for leaders who are wired for hospitality—those who activate, without exception, our non-negotiable "Every Guest, Every Time" standard. We’re seeking managers with proven experience running a disciplined business while protecting elevated standards, developing people, and managing the key drivers that keep our restaurants strong— labor, COGS, inventory, and controllables—without sacrificing the guest experience. As a General Manager or Assistant General Manager, you’ll ensure your operation is clean, maintained, and inspection-ready at all times. You’ll hire and develop strong leaders, stabilize staffing, and drive performance through consistency, coaching, and clear expectations. Most importantly, you’ll drive a brand and build a culture where the team thinks customer first—everything else second, and where guests consistently describe the experience as elevated, memorable, and worth returning for.
