Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience in vacation rentals or hospitality.
  • Experience managing a resort similar in size and scope.
  • Tech-savvy with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Deep understanding of hospitality management principles, backed by a proven leadership track record in complex operational environments.

  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus for diverse communication.
