About The Position
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead daily operations and drive overall performance for a Marriott-branded property. This role is the driving force behind creating a vibrant, service-focused environment that delivers exceptional guest experiences while achieving strong financial results. The General Manager will provide hands-on leadership across all departments, ensuring operational excellence, brand compliance, and a culture rooted in hospitality and accountability.
Requirements
- Marriott Hotel General Manager experience is required.
- Proven success in full-service or select-service hotel management.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue strategy.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and hold teams accountable.
- Guest-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.
Nice To Haves
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus.
- Experience in resort-style operations is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership across all hotel departments, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and service excellence.
- Oversee daily operations including front desk, guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage (if applicable), and night audit functions.
- Develop and execute revenue management strategies to drive occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR performance.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility and achievement of profit goals.
- Champion guest satisfaction by resolving concerns promptly and ensuring every guest experience reflects Marriott brand standards.
- Partner with Human Resources to recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and brand standards.
- Leverage multilingual abilities (if applicable) to enhance communication with a diverse guest and associate base.
