Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our store team. The ideal candidate will drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and cultivate a motivated workforce. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Drive sales growth through executing marketing and customer engagement strategies.
- Manage inventory, budgets, and financial reporting to maximize sales performance.
- Foster a positive and inclusive store environment for both customers and employees.
- Implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
