Position Overview: As the General Manager, you will take the reins of one of our highly visible distribution centers — managing people, performance, and P&L with precision. From building powerful teams to delighting customers, your leadership will set the tone for safety, service, and strategic growth in an environment that never slows down.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
• 5+ years of leadership experience in supply chain or warehouse management
• A proven track record of team development, process optimization, and P&L responsibility
• Strong knowledge of distribution center operations and regulatory compliance
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and strategic planning skills
