General Manager – Operations & Leadership | Madison, WI | Full-Time On-Site Lead. Execute. Grow. Storm Guard Roofing & Construction is Madison’s fastest-growing home services company, setting the standard for roofing, siding, gutters, and exterior solutions. We are looking for a General Manager to oversee operations, lead teams, and ensure exceptional results across our projects, customer service, and business operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on accountability, performance, and building winning teams. You will have direct impact on operational efficiency, team development, and company growth.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across residential roofing, siding, window and gutter company
- Oversee production, sales, and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor KPIs, project timelines, budgets, and overall performance
- Coach, mentor, and develop managers and team leads
- Drive operational efficiency, quality control, and customer satisfaction
- Implement processes to improve productivity and team performance
- Serve as a key decision-maker for company-wide operations
