We seek a seasoned leader looking to join an organization in a high-growth period. This individual will drive success for their site while ensuring a positive experience for all. A successful candidate would love working outdoors in all conditions and will be excited to roll up their sleeves to get the job done! You will manage a team of highly trained, optimistic Advisors, Operators, Attendants, and Supervisors to provide exceptional guest service in a fun, interactive atmosphere. We need a dedicated team member that has experience in management, and a willingness to learn the car wash industry.

Location: Waters Car Wash Any Area in Orlando FL

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 18 years of age or older
• 50+ Hour Work Week – Including Evenings and Weekends
• Advanced Computer Skills
• Mechanical aptitude or knowledge
• 4+ years of successful management experience
• Highly developed communication skills – bilingual a plus!

Responsibilities

• Conduct reports on site-specific analytics and issues
• Participate in nationwide and regional initiatives
• Drive business for your site of operation
• Develop your team and manage corrective action
• Repair minor mechanical issues
• Maintain a safe and clean work area; keep alert for potential hazards
• Conduct sales to drive revenue and increase profitability
• Resolve all customer and membership issues in a timely manner
• Recruit and coach team members to ensure company values and customer service expectations are met
• Manage all fiscal responsibility for site
• Other duties as assigned
