About The Position

As the General Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving financial performance and operational excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for building a strong team culture, maintaining brand standards, and delivering consistent results across all areas of the property.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hotel management, preferably as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role
  • Experience working within a branded hotel environment strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership and team development skills with a hands-on, visible management style
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement effective operational strategies
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management awareness
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working within a branded hotel environment strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction
  • Monitor team performance, providing coaching, development, and ongoing feedback
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train team members to build a high-performing team
  • Review operational performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity, service quality, and guest satisfaction
  • Develop and implement action plans to address performance gaps and drive results
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and required training programs
  • Manage labor, expenses, and financial performance to meet or exceed budget goals
  • Review, approve, and manage invoices, ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers
  • Foster a positive work environment that supports both team member engagement and guest experience
