Responsibilities

  • Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times
  • Deliver exceptional Guest service by being attentive, courteous, and helpful
  • Proactively address and resolve Guest concerns with professionalism

  • Be thoroughly knowledgeable about each component of our wash packages and how they benefit the vehicle
  • Understand and explain the differences between wash packages with confidence
  • Interact with Guests in the vacuum area—resolving concerns, performing touch-ups, and answering questions
  • Build rapport with Guests to understand and anticipate their service needs
  • Effectively manage and resolve Guest concerns to uphold the store’s reputation
  • Execute daily site inspections and preventative maintenance, ensuring all equipment and site areas are clean and operational
  • Support and help organize daily store operations, staff scheduling, and task delegation
  • Coach, guide, and supervise staff to achieve optimal performance and team cohesion
  • Foster a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both Crew Members and Guests
  • Stay actively engaged with team members to help them grow personally and professionally
  • Enforce operational and personnel policies to maintain smooth and compliant operations
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels for chemicals, parts, and vending products
  • Perform routine visual inspections of the tunnel and equipment room to ensure proper function and safety
  • Carry out preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maintain performance
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing property at all times
  • Take on additional tasks as assigned to support the overall success of the location
