About The Position

As a Car Wash General Manager Full Service at Mr. Clean Car Wash, your main goal is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our car wash site. You'll be the go-to person for both customers and team members, making sure everyone leaves with a smile and a sparkling clean car. The General Manager role includes bonus opportunities based on key performance indicators.

Requirements

  • Experience in providing excellent customer service
  • Experience in managing site operations and addressing equipment or mechanical issues
  • Experience in training associates on processes and procedures
  • Experience in driving sales, memberships, and loyalty programs
  • Experience in managing labor, expenses, and chemical/supply utilization
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons
  • Ability to be on your feet for extended periods or the entire work shift
  • Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, and step to perform job duties
  • Ability to carry up to 50 pounds for short distances
  • Ability to maneuver around vehicles
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A college education is a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in a car wash environment
  • Experience in car wash management
  • 2+ years of experience in retail

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the car wash facility, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure the quality of equipment and services, addressing any mechanical issues promptly.
  • Open and close the site, ensuring all security, cash handling (if applicable), and operational tasks are completed.
  • Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead by example, hiring, training, and supporting staff to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive improvements and achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Perform any other job tasks as assigned to support the team and operations
