About The Position

We’re seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations at our resort and ensure exceptional experiences for owners and guests. This role oversees all onsite departments—including Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering/Maintenance, Security, Food & Beverage, and Recreation—while driving service excellence, financial performance, and team engagement. Responsibilities

  • Lead overall resort operations across all departments.
  • Oversee HOA management including budgeting, reserve/capex planning, board communications, and annual meetings.
  • Drive financial performance; implement cost and labor control strategies to meet EBITDA expectations.
  • Conduct regular property inspections; ensure proactive maintenance and adherence to brand standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all local regulations, permits, licensing, and labor requirements.
  • Maintain effective communication with owners, board members, corporate leadership, and community stakeholders.
  • Respond to owner and guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Partner with Sales & Marketing teams to support product positioning and operational alignment.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead team members to achieve operational excellence.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Embody the company’s core values and complete all required training.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.
