We are looking for a people-first operator who can: Lead and develop Service Advisors, Parts Coordinators, Body Technicians, and Paint Technicians Coach customer service excellence into every interaction Tell the story behind the numbers — and use financials to drive better decisions Balance operational necessity with team capacity Shorten rental lengths and improve production flow Communicate upward with clarity and downward with purpose Build accountability without losing culture Collision experience is valuable — but leadership skill, coachability, emotional intelligence, and operational discipline matter more.
