The General Manager (GM) is the senior leader responsible for all facets of park operations, ensuring a safe, unforgettable, and profitable guest experience while fostering a high-performance, ‑performance, people‑centered culture. The GM oversees operational strategy, guest experience, safety standards, financial performance, team leadership, and community or partner engagement. You will serve as the face of Island H2O-an inspiring, visible leader committed to excellence and continuous innovation.
