About The Position

Falcons Fury Harley-Davidson®, located in Conyers, GA, is a dealership known for its accessibility and location amidst rolling hills, lakes, and streams, making it an optimal place for Harley-Riders and Motorcycle Enthusiasts. The dealership offers a large selection of New and Pre-owned Harley-Davidson® bikes, experienced technicians, and a fully stocked MotorClothes® Department. They are seeking a General Manager to join their team, responsible for overseeing all dealership operational activities to ensure efficiency, steering and managing sales operations for new and pre-owned units, and guiding and developing the sales team through leadership and sales expertise. The role involves forecasting and creating sales, service, and parts objectives, motivating the team to exceed goals, and providing a world-class customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience within a motor vehicle or powersports dealership as General Manager or General Sales Manager
  • Thorough knowledge of and experience with the sales of powersports
  • Proven track record of success managing teams
  • Excellent leadership and managerial skills
  • Knowledge and desire to develop a sales and service team
  • Exceptional face-to-face communication skills, focused on a high standard of customer service
  • Organized with superior time management skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all dealership operational activities to ensure that they are performed efficiently
  • Steer and manage the sales operation of new and pre-owned units
  • Guide and develop your sales team by using your leadership skills and sales expertise
  • Use your management skills to forecast and create sales, service, and parts objectives and goals
  • Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales goals using open communication
