Requirements

2–3 years of General Manager experience in a fast-paced environment
A motivated, people-focused leader who thrives in high-energy, high-volume settings
A hands-on leadership style with the energy to lead from the front.
A people first mindset with a competitive spirit and “can-do” attitude
Able to lift up to 40 pounds and work on your feet for long shifts (up to 10 hours)
Able to bend, stretch, and reach for objects at various heights.

Drive-thru experience is a big plus!
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

Build an Outstanding Culture: Create an environment where crew members feel engaged, supported and valued- and every guest experience matters
Lead a High-Performing Team: Hire, train, and develop top-performing managers and crew.
Drive Restaurant Success: Drive sales, lead daily operations, to ensure consistent performance and profitability.
Strengthen Community Ties: Build strong local connections and lead community engagement initiatives.
Maintain Operational Excellence: Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and equipment upkeep.
Act as a Hands-On Leader: Lead by example in both the Back of House (BOH) and Front of House (FOH) operations
