What You’ll Do as a General Manager: Build an Outstanding Culture: Create an environment where crew members feel engaged, supported and valued- and every guest experience matters Lead a High-Performing Team: Hire, train, and develop top-performing managers and crew. Drive Restaurant Success: Drive sales, lead daily operations, to ensure consistent performance and profitability. Strengthen Community Ties: Build strong local connections and lead community engagement initiatives. Maintain Operational Excellence: Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and equipment upkeep. Act as a Hands-On Leader: Lead by example in both the Back of House (BOH) and Front of House (FOH) operations,

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of General Manager experience in a fast-paced environment
  • A motivated, people-focused leader who thrives in high-energy, high-volume settings
  • A hands-on leadership style with the energy to lead from the front.
  • A people first mindset with a competitive spirit and “can-do” attitude
  • Able to lift up to 40 pounds and work on your feet for long shifts (up to 10 hours)
  • Able to bend, stretch, and reach for objects at various heights.

Nice To Haves

  • Drive-thru experience is a big plus!
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
