This role is about strengthening and scaling what is already working, not starting from scratch. We are looking for someone who communicates directly, takes initiative from day one, and can balance people, performance, and progress in a fast-moving environment. You’ll need to step in quickly, understand how the business operates, and proactively identify where you can add value without disrupting what’s working. The right person will be comfortable asking questions, engaging directly with the owner and team, and taking ownership of both day-to-day execution and long-term improvements.
