Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skillsyou treat customers and coworkers respectfully.
• Someone who notices the little things, like refilling supplies or stepping in when help is needed.
• Ability to take direction well and are eager to learn new skills.
• Willing to go the extra mile to fix problems and make things right.
• The ability to stand and move for most (if not all) of your shift.
• Occasional lifting of 2550 lbs is required.
• Comfortable with handling weather-related tasks, like taking out trash in the rain or working the drive-thru during summer.
• Able to use a headset, cash register, and restaurant equipment while following company standards and safety guidelines.
• Must be age 16 or older
• Reliable transportation to and from work

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer service.
• Oversee daily operations, enforce food safety standards, and ensure every shift runs smoothly.
• Build schedules to meet business needs and ensure proper coverage.
• Handle inventory, cash management, and administrative duties with precision.
• Maintain a fast, pleasant, and clean environment that keeps customers coming back.
• Model honesty, integrity, and respect in everything you do.
