ARAMARK Remote Workplace Services is expanding and seeking a General Manager for its Remote Lodges across Canada. This role involves planning, managing, and guiding contracted services for multiple sites or clients, with the goal of meeting operating and financial objectives, client goals, and customer needs. The services provided can encompass food service, facility support, custodial services, retail, lodging, and transportation. General Managers are expected to be capable operations managers who lead a team to deliver excellent service to clients. Key aspects of the role include understanding the client’s business, building positive relationships, demonstrating financial acumen, and prioritizing safety. This position operates on a rotational schedule, which may include rotations such as 15 days on and 13 days off, 20 days on and 10 days off, or 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. All candidates must successfully pass a pre-access Drug and Alcohol test and a criminal background check.
