About The Position

The primary function of this role is to support the Clinical team with administrative duties and to complete outbound calls to patients/MDO for designated programs. This role is responsible for: Making outbound calls to patients who are scheduled for a Clinical Assessment and to then transfer the patient to the Clinical Nurse. Making outbound calls to MDO for data collection. Faxing documents to designated recipients. Scanning documents into the patients profiles/drive. Adhering to quality and production standards while complying with all applicable company, state and federal safety and environmental programs and procedures. Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Ability to work in collaboration with a team
  • internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

Nice To Haves

  • Specialty Pharmacy/Call Center experience preferred
  • Knowledge of MS Suite (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint).
