General Manager of Emerging Behavioral Health - Carelon Behavioral Health Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. The General Manager of Emerging Behavioral Health solutions is responsible for developing and leading an Autism solution. The associate will work with the Carelon Behavioral Health leadership team to develop an Autism solution, with potential to expand scope to build team and other emerging behavioral health solutions. How you will make an impact: Develops Carelon Behavioral Health autism solution strategy in partnership with product, clinical, network, and other core stakeholders. Provides comprehensive financial, analytic, and business insight across Carelon Behavioral Health autism solution. Conduct analysis of market trends and consumer needs to guide strategic direction and assess the value of initiatives. Collaborate with product teams to advance risk products through all phases of the product lifecycle management process. Investigates and manages internal and external issues, to include provider issues, clinical issues, and other inquiries. May provide leadership and/or oversight of projects, project teams and/or external consultants.
