The General Manager in Training (GMIT) Program is designed to develop future retail leaders. This program is suitable for recent graduates or experienced leaders seeking a long-term career in retail management. Participants will be paired with a successful General Manager for a structured, hands-on training program, typically completed within 90 days. Upon completion, individuals will transition into a Store Manager or Senior Assistant Store Manager role.
