About The Position

We are looking for a strong, operations-driven General Manager to lead this new branch and help carry our standard forward. In this role, you will build and lead a local team, drive revenue growth, and ensure operational excellence. This role offers the opportunity to build something meaningful with the support of an experienced leadership team and a brand that truly stands for something.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in roofing, contracting, construction, or home remodeling services.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, project management, and financial performance.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and hold teams accountable.
  • Professional communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial drive with the discipline to execute systems and processes.
  • Comfortable using technology for estimating, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day branch operations with full ownership and accountability.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a results-driven local team.
  • Oversee residential and commercial roofing projects as the primary service, managing projects from initial lead through completion and ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Services also include gutters, soffit, fascia, exterior repairs, doors and windows, and interior remodeling of kitchens, bathrooms, and basements.
  • Manage branch financials including P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, insurance partners, and local vendors.
  • Uphold safety, compliance, and operational standards aligned with McClellands processes.
  • Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
