About The Position

An established and growing organization in the construction and trades sector, is seeking a Branch Manager / General Manager to lead full branch operations in a regional market. This is a hands-on leadership role with full ownership of performance, team development, and operational execution, offering strong visibility and impact.

Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive leadership experience, ideally within construction or skilled trades
• Demonstrated ownership of P&L and business performance
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Solid operational and financial acumen
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 50%

Nice To Haves

• Experience managing multiple business functions within a branch or division
• Bilingual English/Spanish capabilities
• Background in scaling or improving operational performance in a field-based environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team with a focus on accountability and growth
• Own full P&L performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Oversee daily branch operations, including scheduling, logistics, and workflow optimization
• Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
• Manage core business functions such as operations, HR, finance, credit and collections, procurement, and sales
• Partner with leadership to execute business strategy and hit key performance targets
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of team members
