We are seeking a dynamic, people-first General Manager to lead studio operations, inspire the team, and elevate the member experience. You are energized by connecting with people, developing talent, driving revenue, and building long-term relationships—both inside the studio and throughout the local community. The General Manager oversees all aspects of studio operations, including sales, staff leadership, member experience, and marketing initiatives. This is a full-time leadership role (35–40 hours per week) with direct impact on studio growth and culture.

  • Deliver exceptional, high-touch customer service and independently resolve member concerns
  • Ensure the studio is always clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Uphold and enforce all Club Pilates policies and procedures consistently
  • Manage staff schedules and support team development
  • Maintain administrative supplies, studio materials, and operational systems
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
  • Generate personal sales and coach Sales Representatives to exceed goals
  • Manage and grow four key revenue streams: Memberships Retail sales Private training Teacher Training Programs
  • Conduct studio tours, consultations, and complimentary demo classes
  • Meet or exceed monthly membership sales targets
  • Supervise and support the Sales Team
  • Drive new leads through grassroots marketing, networking, and community outreach
  • Plan and execute local marketing campaigns and studio promotions
  • Develop and manage an ongoing social media strategy (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Schedule and participate in community events and partnerships
  • Act as a brand ambassador both in-studio and in the local market
  • Monitor, collect, and follow up on outstanding member dues
  • Support general administrative duties and reporting
  • Maintain organized data systems and ensure operational accuracy
  • 2+ years of experience in retail sales, service sales, or fitness sales
  • Proven ability to generate sales and lead a sales-driven team
  • Strong social media and digital marketing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing, diverse environment
  • Professional, punctual, reliable, and polished
  • Passion for fitness and wellness
  • Trustworthy and able to manage confidential information
  • Ability to collaborate harmoniously with staff, members, and the public
  • Experience with grassroots marketing, brand ambassador work, and community events (preferred)
  • Competitive salary up to $65,000
