About The Position

Requirements

  • Experience leading culinary or hospitality operations with a focus on quality, creativity, and guest engagement.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams, build culture, and maintain consistent service standards.
  • Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost‑management experience.
  • Excellent communication and client‑relationship skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence at all levels.
  • A commitment to food safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

  • Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Management Experience – 5 years
  • Minimum Functional Experience – 5 years

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations for a chef‑driven corporate café, ensuring exceptional service, food quality, and guest engagement.
  • Partner closely with the client to shape a modern, thoughtful dining experience aligned with the Good Eating Company ethos.
  • Recruit, train, and inspire a high‑performing culinary and service team focused on craft, hospitality, and consistency.
  • Manage financial performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and operational efficiencies.
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety standards, company policies, and all regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance, implementing best practices, and elevating the overall dining program.
