Requirements

  • Strong background in corporate dining, catering, and retail food operations
  • A client‑savvy, customer‑focused mindset with the ability to build trust and credibility
  • Proven financial acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost control
  • Experience leading diverse teams in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment
  • A passion for culinary and hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • The ability to think strategically while managing day‑to‑day operations with precision
  • Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum Management Experience – 5 yearsMinimum Functional Experience – 5 years

Responsibilities

  • Lead all daily operations for the Corporate Café and Catering program
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a new, high‑profile client, ensuring strong partnership and satisfaction
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing on‑site team focused on hospitality and service excellence
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and strategic planning
  • Ensure flawless execution of catering events, from planning to service delivery
  • Elevate the guest experience through quality, innovation, and consistent operational standards
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and corporate policies
  • Drive continuous improvement across service, culinary execution, and operational efficiency
