About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 4 - Food for Madonna University in Livonia, Michigan. This General Manager, a highly visible role, will oversee the management, coordination, and strategic direction of the campus dining programs. Sodexo provides this campus with resident dining, retail dining, and catering. Requirements

• ability to direct other leaders in a high-volume business
• have strong financial acumen, and P&L background
• experience driving employee engagement and student satisfaction through strong leadership skills
• knowledge of client contracts and ability to ensure compliance
• can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service
• Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum Management Experience – 5 years
• Minimum Functional Experience – 5 years
