The General Manager 4 – Food is the senior onsite food services leader responsible for directing all aspects of a large, complex healthcare dining operation at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center . This role provides strategic and operational leadership to deliver exceptional patient, retail, and hospitality dining experiences while ensuring financial performance, regulatory compliance, and alignment with Sodexo standards and values. The General Manager 4 is accountable for achieving operational excellence, meeting or exceeding financial targets, and creating a positive, inclusive workplace culture that supports high employee engagement and superior customer satisfaction.
