About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a results-driven General Manager 3 to lead and oversee all food service operations at McLaren Port Huron in Port Huron, MI . This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, nutritious, and safe meals to patients, visitors, and staff while building strong relationships with hospital leadership and key stakeholders. The General Manager will lead and develop teams, respond to patient feedback and concerns, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and drive continuous improvements in service quality, operational efficiency, and the overall patient experience. Requirements

  • has a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively
  • a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
  • has the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service
  • can demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
  • Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
  • Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years
