About The Position

Are you an experienced leader ready to build something from the ground up? Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 1-Multi-Service to lead operations for an exciting new retirement community in the Charlotte, North Carolina region. This is a unique opportunity to launch and shape services in a new account while delivering excellence in hospitality and resident experience. What You'll Do As the top on-site leader, you will: Provide full oversight of day-to-day operations Coordinate and lead all required tasks through subordinate managers, supervisors, and frontline staff Deliver high-quality food services and environmental services (EVS) Achieve company and client financial targets and performance goals Develop and maintain strong client and resident relationships, including interaction at the C-suite level Ensure HACCP, regulatory, and Sodexo standards compliance Engage daily with residents, families, and clinical teams to support satisfaction and service excellence Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and hospitality What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. Requirements

  • Demonstrated employee engagement leadership skills and prior supervisory experience
