About The Position
As a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for maintaining multiple aspects of the physical plant and building, as well as conducting preventative maintenance leading to routine service, seasonal repairs and changes, and electrical and plumbing services for facility equipment also.

- extensive knowledge, including working experience in the following areas: plumbing, electrical and HVAC

- Previous experience with HVAC or a locksmith background is preferred.
