The Opportunity Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is seeking a General Maintenance Technician to support the Housing Maintenance team in Daytona Beach, Florida. This role is responsible for performing a wide range of routine and skilled maintenance and repair tasks across campus facilities and infrastructure. The technician will work across multiple trades—including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC—to ensure campus buildings remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. This position plays a key role in supporting student housing, classrooms, and campus operations through timely response to work orders, preventive maintenance, and support during campus events and emergencies. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and experienced in general facilities maintenance, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
