About The Position
The City of Warren is accepting applications for the position of General Maintenance Specialist. Employees in this position perform safe and efficient operation of light to heavy automotive, construction and power equipment to maintain grounds, structures and streets under the responsibility of the Division of Public Works.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited high school or a G.E.D. equivalent.
- Diploma or official, sealed transcripts REQUIRED with application
- One (1) year experience performing general maintenance work.
- Two (2) years experience in operating a truck or related medium construction equipment.
- Possession of a valid commercial driver's license to operate a motor vehicle in the state of Michigan with the proper endorsements.
- Driving record must meet City's standards for insurability.
